Terms, delivery & returns

These terms apply to orders placed through this website. By ordering, you agree to them.

Ordering

• Add perfumes to your bag and press Order on WhatsApp. Your order is sent to our team, who confirm stock, delivery and payment with you.
• Your order is accepted once we confirm it and receive payment. If an item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.

Prices and offers

• Prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM).
• Website launch voucher: 25% off single items ordered on this website, applied in your bag with the launch voucher code, for a limited time. It does not combine with the gift boxes, the Aroma Nova mix-and-match prices or the refill offer, and it may end without notice; the price in your confirmed order stands.
• Gift boxes and other promotions run for the dates shown and while stock lasts. One offer per item.

Payment

We accept online bank transfer and DuitNow QR. Payment details are sent with your order confirmation. We never ask for your card number or password on WhatsApp.

Delivery

• We deliver across Malaysia. Orders are sent within 1–2 working days of payment.
• Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days in Peninsular Malaysia and 4–7 working days in Sabah and Sarawak.
• The delivery fee depends on your address and is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay. You can also collect your order from one of our boutiques.
• Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, tell us within 48 hours with a photo.

Returns and exchanges

• For hygiene reasons, perfume can only be returned or exchanged if it is unopened and sealed, within 7 days of delivery.
• If you receive a wrong, faulty or damaged item, we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery. Tell us within 48 hours with a photo.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
• Not sure which scent to choose? Visit any of our 8 boutiques to try it first.
